Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard processing time takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 7-15 business days depending on customs.
3. How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
4. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country's regulations, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Thathair.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, products that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.
6. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our support team at thathairhalo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
7. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email us immediately at thathairhalo@gmail.com if you need to modify your order.

If you are unsure about which color matches your hair best, feel free to email us a few photos of your hair taken in natural lighting. Our team will be happy to help you find the perfect match!
