Thank you for shopping at Thathair. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- For hygiene and sanitary reasons regarding hair products, any item that has been opened, tried on, worn, or detached from its original bindings cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at thathairhalo@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return instructions and mailing information. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exemptions & Final Sale Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including promotional gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or clearance at the time of purchase. Damaged or defective items caused by improper handling or care by the user are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Processing and Issuance
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).
