Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared within 1-3 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the logistics center. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Windows & Estimated Delivery

Our estimated delivery window is 7 to 15 business days from the date the package is handed over to the carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, rather than the date of order.

Tracking and Regions

We offer worldwide shipping to most accessible regions. Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to trace the journey of your package.

Customs, Duties, and Delays

Thathair is not responsible for any delays caused by international customs clearance processes, local carrier backlogs, or unexpected routing issues. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by destination country regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer.
